Because virtual numbers are delivered instantly, refunds follow clear rules based on whether a verification code was received.
1. When you get a refund
If a number never receives the requested SMS code within its activation window, the charge is automatically returned to your balance when the activation is cancelled or expires.
2. Non-refundable cases
Once a valid verification code has been delivered to your panel, the activation is considered complete and is not refundable, even if you do not use the code.
3. Balance top-ups
Funds added to your balance remain available for future purchases. Refunds are issued to your sms.tc balance rather than the original payment method unless required by law.
4. How to request
Most refunds happen automatically. If you believe a charge was incorrect, contact support within 24 hours of the activation with your order details.
