Terms of Service
Last updated: June 1, 2026
By creating an account or using sms.tc you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
sms.tc provides temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes. Numbers are offered on a single-use, best-effort basis depending on availability.
2. Account & eligibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use our numbers for fraud, harassment, spam, impersonation or any activity that violates the law or the terms of the third-party services you verify.
4. Payments & balance
Numbers are paid for from your prepaid balance. Prices are shown before purchase and may vary by service and country availability.
5. Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee that every number will receive a code. Where a code is not delivered in time, our refund rules apply.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
