Quick answer: Coffy SMS verification is the one-time code the Coffy app texts to your phone when you sign up or log in. Coffy is a Turkish coffee chain, and its app ties your loyalty account, campaigns, and orders to your mobile number. A Turkish (+90) mobile number is the practical choice. If you prefer not to share your personal number, you can receive the Coffy code online with a private Turkish virtual number from sms.tc, where available.
What Is Coffy?
Coffy is a fast-growing Turkish coffee chain. Press reports in 2026 put it at around 200 stores across more than 40 Turkish provinces and Northern Cyprus, many of them run as franchises. The Coffy mobile app is where customers collect loyalty rewards, see campaigns, and order.
Note: this guide is about the Turkish coffee chain Coffy, not other apps with similar names.
What Is Coffy SMS Verification?
Coffy SMS verification is the phone check the Coffy app uses to create and protect your account. When you enter your mobile number, Coffy sends a short verification code (doğrulama kodu) by SMS. Entering that code confirms the number belongs to you and links it to your Coffy account and rewards.
Never share a Coffy verification code you did not request. If you receive one unexpectedly, someone probably typed your number by mistake - simply ignore it.
When Does Coffy Ask for a Code?
- Creating a new account in the Coffy app.
- Logging in on a new phone or after reinstalling the app.
- Updating your phone number or account details.
Which Number Do You Need for Coffy?
| Number type | Works for Coffy? | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Turkish mobile number | Yes | The standard choice |
| Foreign mobile number | Unlikely | The app targets customers in Turkey |
| Free "receive SMS online" sites | Rarely | Public and overused; anyone can read the code |
| sms.tc Turkish virtual number | Yes, in most cases | Carrier-issued +90 mobile number; SMS visible only to you |
sms.tc numbers are carrier-issued mobile numbers rather than VoIP lines, so they work for the Coffy code in most cases. Turkish stock changes during the day; check the SMS Activation page for live availability.
How to Get a Coffy Verification Code with a Virtual Number
- Create a free account at sms.tc and add a small balance.
- Open SMS Activation and search for Coffy.
- Pick Turkey as the country.
- Click Buy Number - a private +90 number is assigned instantly.
- In the Coffy app, enter the number on the sign-up or login screen.
- The Coffy code appears on your sms.tc order page, usually within 10-60 seconds.
- Type the code into Coffy. Your account is verified.
If no code arrives, cancel the activation and buy a new number. You are not charged when no SMS is received.
One-Time Number or Rental Number?
| One-time activation | Rental number | |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | Verifying once | Using Coffy rewards for weeks |
| Validity | About 20 minutes | Days to weeks, renewable |
| Codes on a new phone later | Not guaranteed | Yes, while the rental is active |
| Price | From a few cents | Higher, billed per period |
Your Coffy rewards and balance stay on the account, but logging in again on a new phone may need a new code. If you plan to use the account long term, choose a rental number or your own number.
Coffy Code Not Received? 6 Fixes
- Check the number - 10 digits starting with 5, without the leading 0.
- Wait a minute before tapping resend.
- Update the Coffy app to the latest version.
- Check SMS spam or blocked senders on your own phone.
- Try again later after many requests in a row.
- Use a fresh number - cancel and buy another Turkish number on sms.tc.
Use Virtual Numbers Responsibly
Coffy campaigns, such as free drinks or first-order offers, are meant for one account per customer. Use a virtual number to keep your personal number private, not to create several accounts to claim the same campaign repeatedly. Coffy can cancel rewards obtained against its campaign terms.

Can I use a virtual number for Coffy SMS verification?

I got a Coffy code I did not request. What should I do?
